I woke up really not feeling like exercising after a late night yesterday, but decided to persevere and not be a lazy mare! I got there at 1005 and wandered along to the park behind the beach, ready to get my exercise on!
Even saw some ships... Yes, yes I know. Stuck record, Jamieson!
There was a nice mix of ages, adults down to a little toddler, who was very enthusiastic with his boxing! We had a few stations for the camp.
These were all 1 min per exercise.
1. 2 different agility ladder drills.
2. Bicep curls and side bends with dumbells.
4. Medicine ball sit ups.
6. Step ups.
7. Tricep dips.
8. Skipping (forwards and backwards)
10. Hula hooping - Apparently I still can't master this as an adult!
